Lake Mary, FL- May 13, 2024 – The Florida Press Association (FPA) and Intersect Media (IM) are pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Nolte as their new president and chief executive officer.

In this new role, Nolte will become the chief advocate for publishers in Florida and oversee management services to multiple state media associations. In 1998, she joined Leo Burnett’s Media Division, Starcom Worldwide, as a Media Associate, overseeing media planning and buying for ten Pillsbury brands across various channels, including print, television, Internet, outdoor, and radio.

Relocating to Florida in 2000, Nolte continued to excel. She served as a Senior Sales Representative for National Retail accounts at the Orlando Sentinel before diving into the digital landscape.
