Cynthia Serrano is a proven, purpose-driven digital marketer who has spent more 30 years working at ad agency holding companies, digital publishers and advertising technology platforms to help clients such as BMW, SeaWorld and Tiffany & Co. reach the right audiences, maximize brand awareness and increase ROI from their digital media campaigns. Cynthia is native New Yorker who is now happy to call Florida home. Outside of work, she enjoys international travel, competitive running and listening to live music.

Sheila Ellison joined the Florida Newspaper Advertising Network/IM in January 1996. She currently holds the position of Marketing/Billing Specialist. Sheila has almost 30 years of experience in the newspaper industry. She specializes in creating persuasive sales materials used to sell advertising for all the member newspapers by analyzing and interpreting our industry’s market, media, and consumer research as well as all client billing for IM. Prior to that, Sheila and her husband owned and operated their own business. Sheila and her husband Tim reside in Apopka, FL. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her granddaughter play collegiate softball, her grandsons play baseball and spending time with her three daughters.

Vanessa Lozada is the Membership and Program Director at the Florida Press Association, where she leads the development and coordination of member programs and fosters strong relationships with association members. With 19 years of experience in the organization, Vanessa began her career in media at Intersect Media before transitioning to her current role. Her deep industry knowledge and long-standing commitment make her a vital resource for Florida’s press community, helping support and strengthen the association’s mission and member engagement efforts.
